Ingredientes (para 2 personas)
400 g de pechuga de pollo picado
1 cebolla
1 tomate maduro
1 poco de perejil (o cilantro)
1 poco de jengibre (en polvo o rallado)
1 diente de ajo
1 cucharadita de curry
1 poco de cayena en polvo
1 huevo
Pan rallado
Sal
Aceite
Elaboración (15' aprox)
- Añadir los siguientes ingredientes (muy picados antes) a un bol: el pollo, la cebolla, el tomate, perejil, ajo, jengibre, curry y cayena.
- A continuación, añadir un huevo batido, un toque de sal (si acaso) y aproximadamente una cucharadita de pan rallado para mezclar mejor la masa y no se pegue en la mano al hacer las pequeñas hamburguesas.
- Una vez hecha la masa, hacer las hamburguesas y rebozar con pan rallado.
- Freír en una sartén con aceite.
- Consejo: Escurrir en papel de cocina posteriormente.
- Servir
Puede que no tengáis tantas especias en casa. Pero hacedme caso, merece la pena ir al supermercado y comprar unas cuantas. Dan un juego increíble a las comidas y duran un montón!
Para gente en Helsinki, diría que en todos o casi todos los supermercados tipo Prisma, K-supermarket etc venden bandejas de pollo picado. Por lo que es muy fácil encontrarlo y no hace falta ir a la carnicería y pedir al carnicero que te pique el pollo.

Ingredients (for 2)
400 g minced chicken
1 onion
1 soft tomato
A bit of parsley (or coriander)
A bit of ginger (powdered or grated)
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoonful of curry
1 bit of powdered cayenne
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Olive oil
Elaboration (15' aprox)
- Add the following ingredients (cut very finely before) in a bowl: chicken, onion, tomato, parsley, garlic, ginger, curry and cayenne.
- Next: add one beaten egg, a bit of salt (if needed) and one teaspoonful of breadcrumbs inside the mixture to facilitate the burger-making process and don't get the mixture stuck on your hands :)
- Once everything is mixed up nicely, make the burgers and bread them.
- Fry on a frying pan with oil
- Tip: Afterwards, drain the burgers with kitchen paper to remove excess of oil
- Serve
Perhaps you lack most of the seasonings shown in this recipe. But believe me, I totally recommend to go to any supermarket and buy at once some seasonings. It improves a lot of recipes and for long time. It's totally worthy.
