Ingredientes (para 4 personas)
Tortitas
2 huevos
2 medidas de leche2 medidas y media de harina
2 cucharaditas de levadura
1 cucharada y media de mantequilla
4 cucharaditas de azúcar
Sal
(medida = vaso de yogur)
Nata montada

Ingredients (for 4)
Pancakes
2 eggs
2 units of milk2 1/2 units of flour
2 teaspoons of bakery powder
1 1/2 spoons of butter
4 teaspoons of sugar
Salt
Unit = 1 yogurt size
Whipped cream
200 ml of cream (for desserts)
2 teaspoons of sugar
Elaboration (12')
- Add all the ingredients and mix it up in a blender/mixer. The mixture should remain liquid but viscous at the same time. You can rectify the viscosity with flour.
- Let the mixture rest a bit. Meanwhile, heat up a pan with some butter on it. Heat medium-high.
- When hot, remove the excess of butter with kitchen paper.
- For each pancake, pour a little laddleful. When homogenous bubbles start coming out, it's the time to flip the pancake.
- Cook the other side of the pancake.
- Regarding the whipped cream, add the cream and sugar to a bowl. The wider the better. And whip the cream. Very important: cool down the cream and the bowl before whipping. This helps the whipping process. I usually put both cream and bowl into the freezer 10 minutes before whipping.
- Serve
Mucha grasa.
